Gary Peterson, RCST, PTP
Gary Peterson is the STAR Institute’s founder and director. He has over 30 years of experience in holistic healthcare as an educator, practitioner and administrator. Gary was the Spa Director at Murrieta Hot Springs world class spa in the mid 1980’s, and was the Executive Director of the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) from 1993-2000. He is an approved teacher and a registered craniosacral therapist (RCST) with the (BCTA/NA) Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America and a Polarity Therapy Practitioner with the (IPEA) International Polarity Education Alliance. Gary is deeply moved to understand and work with the causes of suffering created by shock and trauma to the nervous system. His first book, Settling: Simple Ways to Calm Your Nervous System, will be published in 2015.
Bonnie Peterson, RCST, CMLDT
Bonnie Peterson began practicing therapeutic bodywork in 1972. She has worked with clients in a variety of medical, spa and private settings. Along with Gary she is the co-founder of the Energia Stress Management Center. Bonnie specializes in using Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage to work with all sorts of physical conditions and nervous system stress and trauma. She is nationally certified in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage.
