BCST Advanced Class:  Biodynamic Skills for Working with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

As Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapists, we work with traumatic brain injuries much more often than we might realize. Every time we work with someone who has had a concussion, or suffers from frequent headaches, or has other head-related pain and stress, it’s possible that a traumatic brain injury is somewhere in their history, even if they are not cognizant of it. And for those people who are aware of having had a TBI, they may have gone through months and years of nightmarish distress before reaching us, since many of the TBI effects elude medical testing.

In this workshop we’ll explore practical and effective ways to support TBI clients with BCST and other energy-related skills and understanding.

Introduction to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)

This 5-day introductory workshop gives you the opportunity to explore the basic skills and principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST).  Bodyworkers, psychotherapists, other healthcare workers and the general public alike are invited to experience BCST’s abiding principle of Inherent Health, and to learn how to cultivate that Health in your clients and in yourself.

For those interested in taking the full BCST Foundation training, this workshop is an excellent opportunity to check out our learning environment and learning style, to see if we are a good fit for your learning needs.

New BCST Skills for Working with Babies

It is an incredible honor and joy to help moms and babies resolve distressful prenatal and birth traumas, so that they can form a secure and nourishing bond from the very beginning. This class will be the first in a series of classes in which we introduce new skills and understanding for resolving prenatal / birth trauma and supporting a dynamic relationship between the little ones and their parents.
