Cephalgias (headaches) rank among the most common complaints of pain and suffering. For many people, headaches are crippling experiences that take us out of our normal life flow and caste us into a cloud of pain and confusion, affecting our health, work, relationships, and virtually every aspect of our lives.

Birth Process Workshop
Many people have attended Gary Peterson’s birth process workshops to resolve
challenging imprints from their own birth story. These workshops are limited to 6-7
people and are held in a quiet, safe, nurturing environment to maximize your sense
of comfort and safety. Each participant will have 2-3 hours of individual focused
time to work on a piece of their conception, gestation or birth that has perhaps been
the cause of lifelong pain and discomfort. The rest of the group helps to form a loving
and protective surround.

Introduction to Settling Workshops
Settling is a simple process developed by Gary Peterson to help anyone, anywhere calm
their nervous system to experience greater health and balance. Gary’s book about Settling
will be in print in 2008 and is called Settling: Simple Ways to Calm Your Nervous System.
The Introduction to Settling Workshops workshops are open to anyone. We are in the
process of becoming CEU providers for nurses, LCSW’s, MFC’s, other psychotherapists,
and massage therapists, so that health professionals can use these Settling workshops
for their CEU requirements.
Introduction to Settling workshops are 2-day classes, from 9:30 to 6:00 pm daily. All
classes will be held at The STAR Institute.
