Introduction to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a 3-, 4- or 5-day class that teaches you the basic Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy principles and skills to add to your own healthcare practice, or to help you decide about taking the 2-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Foundation Training. The 5-day Intro class also meets a requirement for the Castellino Prenatal and Birth Therapy Training in Santa Barbara, CA. The next Intro class is May 3-6, 2012.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Foundation Training – 12-Module

Introduction to Settling
Settling is a gentle, body-based process that anyone can learn to help them calm and regulate their nervous system. Settling helps you re-pattern your nervous system to the slow, relaxed rhythms of your Inherent Health and away from the habitual patterns of stress and overwhelm your nervous system is generally entrained to. Settling is based on the book Settling: Simple Ways to Calm Your Nervous System, by Gary Peterson. The Introduction to Settling course is offered in 2 and 3 day formats and is open to the public.
